Description: "This simple but excellent package can be made accessible
on your network to all staff to view, edit or add events as and when changes
occur. Events are divided into three main colour coded groups -
Events/Activities, Meetings, Recording/Reviewing. Password protection has been
removed but may easily be reactivated if desired. The database can also be
edited directly in Access for easier setting up of the whole year's worth of events
when planning for the next year. See the 'Readme' file that is included in the
package for an outline of changes made by me. The original package may also be

Key Stage 3 Assessment Sheet
Ks3.zip (6.4KB) Status: Freeware, updated: 27 April 1998 Author: Ian Lee Description: "A spreadsheet (Excel 5/95) for handling pupils' IT coursework results and laid out to form printable set lists. Pupil names can be imported from your admin database. It works out a single level from all five IT strands at Key Stage 3, converts to GCSE grade for comparison and classifies attainment into average, above average and below average for year group. Contains simple home-made macros. I then use the mail merge facility in MS Publisher 97 to generate reports to parents."

Pupil names can be imported from your admin database. The file ks4.xls works out potential GCSE IT grades based on course work assessments and mock exam results, using grade boundaries provided by the MEG exam
board (now OCR). It contains simple home-made macros which can easily be edited to suit other exam boards. The second file, MEG_CAF.xls is the MEG Classwork Assessment Form from the back of the syllabus with formula to calculate all the figures for you."
